A “leaked” trailer of Guilty Gear Strive’s fourth season has popped up online.
Initially, the video was seemingly stumbled upon as a live, if unlisted, upload on YouTube. As soon as the news spread, however, the video was swiftly marked private… but not before about a dozen people uploaded it to their own channels, and many others grabbed a handful of informative screenshots.
The news below may include spoilers, so please only proceed if you’re happy to have the surprises ruined!

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 publisher Activision has made it clear that you cannot simply toggle off its upcoming game’s much-hyped new “omnimovement” feature, which lets you sprint and dive in any direction.

Speaking via the official Call of Duty podcast, Activision confirmed omnimovement was a permanent mechanic in the game and a “global system” across all of its modes – campaign, multiplayer and zombies. And no, there’s no option to switch it off.

“Can you toggle omnimovement on and off?” Activision senior director of studio communications Stephanie Snowden said. “The answer is no. Omnimovement is a core foundational mechanic of the game, you cannot turn it off. But I think where people maybe got that impression was, we have another new feature, a part of movement, called Intelligent Movement.”

This week on the Eurogamer Newscast, we discuss Microsoft’s big changes to Xbox Game Pass.

Xbox Game Pass for console is gone, unless you subscribe already. In its place: Xbox Game Pass Standard, which will no longer include new day one games from Microsoft, Activision, Blizzard and Bethesda. Oh, and everything’s going up in price.

Joining me this week are Eurogamer’s Ed Nightingale and Victoria Kennedy to discuss.
